Creator Terms

1. Joining offers and posting

When you join an offer, follow its brief, its must-haves and its don'ts. Submit only posts you published yourself on an account you own. Label paid content when the project requires it, and wherever the law or the platform requires it.

2. How you earn

Views are counted from public counters and official data for the offer's window; a project approves each post once (or it is approved automatically after 24 hours, or after the AI check when the project chose that). Conversions earn after the project's review window. Rates are shown net of fees.

Before your first payout you prove your accounts. Payouts reach your wallet about 72 hours after they are included in a payout root; you can then send them to any network.

3. Fraud

Bought or botted views, fake engagement, deleting and reposting to game counters, promoting your own offers through linked accounts and fake conversions are fraud. Affected earnings are frozen and may be forfeited, and the account may be closed.

4. Your page and the designer

Your public page shows only what you choose. The page designer is paid from your unpaid USDG earnings: its cost is taken from your next USDG payout.

5. Taxes

You are responsible for taxes on what you earn.
